Manager, Corporate Account Management

Accountabilities:

• Manage and develop a team of 3-4 Corporate Account Managers.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to support team development and address challenges.
• Set performance expectations and hold team accountable to metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 6+ years in B2B customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven ability to exceed retention and growth targets.
