Summary of the position:
- Speeds the strategy, growth, and profitability of the North American business.
- Builds, trains, and guides a diverse and remote sales team.
- Solidifies a prominent Sullair presence across North America.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensures comprehensive training and compliance with HGAP processes and procedures.
- Provides coaching, mentoring, and training to develop the sales team's skills and capabilities.
- Drives revenue growth through identification of new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Business-to-Business Sales Leadership experience.
- Experience recruiting, developing and growing sales and sales leadership teams.
- Strong background in direct sales to industrial end users REQUIRED.
