Senior Implementation Manager, Strategic Partnerships

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex strategic partnership implementations.
• Serve as primary implementation contact and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Translate commercial partnerships into practical joint operating models and manage integrated plans.

• Strategic partnerships launch on time with clear ownership and no surprises.
• Business, operational, and technical dependencies are validated and transitioned cleanly.
• Risks are surfaced early and resolved with sound judgment, communicated through executive-ready updates.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or partner operations.
• Experience onboarding strategic partnerships such as referral, reseller, or payer models.
• Strong analytical, communication, and influence skills, with a passion for mental health.
