Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer support and produce successful outcomes for clients with pressing challenges.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our cloud-based software to support processes and patient care.
- Facilitate resolution of complex technical issues through log analysis, research, or problem recreation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Understand business processes within a long-term care or medical facility.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience:
- Experience using/supporting PointClickCare.
- 1-2 years practical experience supporting web-based software.
- Experience in care delivery, coordination, or business intelligence for healthcare facilities.
