Account Operations & Relationship Support:
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Strategic Corporate Accounts, providing day-to-day support.
- Act as a trusted internal resource to ensure account needs are addressed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with organizational policies and agreements.
- Anticipate operational risks or issues and proactively recommend and implement solutions with minimal supervision.
Legal, Contracting & Compliance:
- Support the execution and management of sponsor agreements and amendments in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation to support audits, renewals, and reporting needs.
- Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle for assigned corporate accounts, including intake, drafting, redlining, internal review, approval routing, execution, and final storage.
Financial Management:
- Manage and oversee account finances for assigned corporate accounts, ensuring accurate tracking.
- Perform and support financial reconciliation , ensuring alignment between contracts, invoices, recorded revenue, and investigate and resolve discrepancies in partnership with Finance.
- Support invoice readiness , billing documentation, and revenue recognition processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
