What You'll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Recruit for HVAC Technicians, Plumbers, Electricians, and other field positions.
• Build strong pipelines of passive and active candidates through various channels.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in skilled trades or home services.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates in competitive labor markets.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
