Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the performance of key accounts within the DACH market (Focus Drugstores), ensuring that financial targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Develop and implement tailored customer strategies that encompass portfolio, pricing/promotion & category management, aligned with our company objectives.
  • Assist in acquiring new key accounts, driving market penetration and expanding our footprint within the offline sales channel.

That’s you:

  • Proven track record in Key Account Management/Sales, with extensive experience managing large, complex accounts in the FMCG/CPG sector.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH offline retail market and trade structures, particularly within a focus on grocers and drugstores.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with experience collaborating across departments such as Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance.
