New Seasonal Customer Service Representative (English & Spanish Speaking)

• As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers.
• You will support customers in both English and Spanish via phone and email.

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls, providing friendly and solution-oriented guidance.
• Handle the full order lifecycle, including creating orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
• Hold yourself accountable to meeting KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement.
