Sr. Analyst, Revenue Operations

Deal Desk Operations:

• Deal structuring support, order form creation, and commercial approval workflows.
• Manage the Deal Desk case queue and maintain SLA targets.
• Escalate non-standard requests to leadership and Legal.

Revenue Reporting & Analytics:

• Recurring dashboard maintenance and pipeline data pulls.
• Build SFDC reports that give Sales leadership real-time visibility.
• Analyze deal pipeline and discount trends.

Systems & Process Improvement:

• Manage and continuously improve the Deal Desk case management system in SFDC.
• Partner with RevOps leadership to implement scalable solutions and processes.
• Identify recurring friction points in the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.

Data Quality & Hygiene:

• Conduct SFDC data audits and field validation monitoring.
• Execute cleanup projects to maintain revenue data integrity.
