Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Walmart Sales team and enhance process and ways of working.
  • Play a leadership role within annual ASP collaboration with key stakeholders at Walmart.
  • Drive collaboration with brand, marketing, supply chain to align on goals and deliver AOP.

Capabilities + Skills Required:

  • 10-15 years of experience in CPG Sales and/or Retail Merchant/Buyer.
  • Proven ability to build & lead a high-performing sales team with 5+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Deep P&L and Trade Budget knowledge and ownership experience.
