Key Responsibilities:
- Coach clients on customer success strategy, onboarding, and relationship management to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Help clients with career development, including resume reviews, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation for customer success roles.
- Guide clients on integrating AI tools and automation into their customer success practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience in customer success as a manager or account manager with a track record of driving outcomes.
- Ability to provide structured coaching on both technical and career growth aspects.
