Job Summary:
- The Materials & Repair Estimate Operations Specialist performs quality assurance and analytical tasks related to wood cabinet and furniture repair estimates.
- Supports the Technical Repair Estimate team in ensuring accurate and complete file submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews estimates and files to confirm submission requirements are met.
- Uses Xactimate to complete valuations for damaged items, determining repair vs. replace.
- Follows up on incomplete files and communicates next steps to team members.
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent with at least two years of administrative experience.
- General knowledge of woodwork, refinishing, and restoration.
- Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
