What You'll Do:
- Manage payment disputes and chargeback cases from initial notification through resolution.
- Coordinate with Customer Support, Pharmacy, Clinical Operations, and Finance to resolve payment-related issues.
- Investigate failed payments, duplicate charges, subscription billing issues, and refund requests, and recommend process improvements.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in Payment Operations, Billing Operations, Chargebacks, Risk Operations, or similar roles.
- Experience with subscription or recurring billing models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
