Build and manage a pipeline of new clients from scratch with an outbound-first approach.
Run full-cycle deals from first touch to signed contract.
Work directly with C-level stakeholders on the client side.

Requirements:

English C1+ for working with US and European clients.
5+ years of experience in Business Development Management.
Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, custom software development, or AI services.
