Accurately handle increasingly complex client service requests at initial point of contact utilizing multiple administrative systems within defined service standards.
Dedication to maintaining service levels, quality, and productivity standards.
Support other business areas such as Call Centre, Distributor Services and Technical Support.

Required Qualifications:

Customer service focus and skills with ability to build positive relationships.
Organizational and prioritization skills to work in a multitasking environment.
Attention to detail and ability to work overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Investments background, especially Segregated Funds.
Proficiency in Microsoft, iFast, and AWD.
Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
