Key Responsibilities:
- Advise executives on complex, cross-border HR cases and develop viable solutions.
- Manage executive recruiting processes and support compensation decisions based on international benchmarks.
- Facilitate succession management conferences and prepare topics for governance bodies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration, law, or international management with several years of HR experience.
- Sound experience supporting senior leaders and knowledge of HR core processes.
- Fluent German and English language skills with strong negotiation proficiency.
