What You'll Do:
- Gather customer requirements and configure EHS Insight to meet their needs.
- Act as technical point of contact, diagnose issues, and provide timely support.
- Assist clients with API integration and setting up modules and reports.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SQL Server, XML, JSON, JavaScript, and API calls via Postman.
- Experience with advanced Excel and supporting SaaS software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
