About the Role:
- We're seeking a detail-oriented Benefits & Payroll Administrator to lead day-to-day payroll and benefits functions.
- You'll navigate multi-state compliance and serve as a champion for an exceptional employee experience.
- This role is open to candidates in San Jose, CA, Mountain View, CA, or fully remote, with a preference for West Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Execute flawless multi-state payroll for all exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Provide empathetic support for payroll and benefits inquiries across the organization.
- Manage 401(k) remittance and benefits operations, including open enrollment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of dedicated experience in multi-state payroll and benefits administration.
- Exceptional communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record managing multi-state compliance and audits.
