- Expand ICON Prime's presence across DoD, including Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and National Guard.
- Build and maintain a high-quality federal pipeline and shape opportunities before release.
Capture and Proposal Leadership:
- Lead capture end to end, from validation through gate reviews, proposal development, and negotiation.
- Pursue design-build, OTA, and IDIQ opportunities across MILCON and defense technology.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate relationships with USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC, DIU, AFWERX, and service commands.
- Deliver briefings and white papers for general officers and senior civilian officials.
Market Intelligence and Collaboration:
- Conduct competitive analysis to guide capture strategy and product roadmap.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Regulatory teams to align solutions with UFC and requirements.
