Partner Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between partners and customers, assigning orders to real estate professionals meeting service level expectations.
• Negotiate fees and contracts, follow up on orders, and ensure customer milestones are met.
• Update records with accurate notes and foster positive vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

• Positive, friendly, and optimistic demeanor with a sense of urgency.
• Strong attention to detail and computer proficiency.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range $19.00 to $24.50 per hour, plus profit-sharing bonus and referral bonuses.
