Position Overview:
- The Regional Sales Associate provides regional support to the assigned Regional Sales Manager, assisting Territory Managers in closing opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- This role requires a highly motivated self-starter who understands the needs of the regional team and advocates for growth.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide market-level support, build relationships with key influencers, and manage data in Salesforce.com to improve pipeline.
- Work with management to develop the sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or significant related experience, 1-3 years sales experience, CRM experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, client service, and multi-tasking skills; goal-oriented team player.
