What you’ll do:
- Prospect and research target organisations across the UK and Europe
- Run multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone, AI) to QA, DevOps, and IT leaders
- Qualify needs through sharp discovery and hand over cleanly to sales
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ sales/new business experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or IT services
- Confident communicator with a consultative approach
- Comfortable with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot or similar)
Soft skills:
- Naturally curious, you ask smart questions and listen for what’s not being said.
- Structured and reliable, you run a tight process, follow up well, and keep your data clean.
- Resilient and proactive, you can handle “no” without losing momentum.
