Job Description
The HRIS Manager will support the development and execution of HRIS strategic plans that align with Dragos’ global business needs, collaborate with People leadership and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency through HRIS technologies, and help set milestones and goals for HRIS projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. They will also oversee day-to-day HRIS system administration and core People processes across multiple regions, ensuring consistent and reliable operations, and maintain and update policies, procedures and documentation to support HRIS infrastructure and compliance requirements.
