Revenue Systems Administrator

About the Role:

• You will join a global team responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of Nearmap's core revenue tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Conga CPQ, and NetSuite.
• You will handle configuration, troubleshooting, and smaller-to-mid-sized build items independently, partnering with Solution Architects and the Poland-based engineering team on larger initiatives.
• Coordinate handoffs with fellow admins across regions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day Salesforce and Revenue Systems administration alongside the global admin team, including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
• Build and maintain declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes) and configure Conga CPQ product bundles, pricing rules, and quote templates.
• Maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workato, monitor scheduled jobs, and resolve integration errors during your coverage window.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification or 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• 2+ years in a SaaS or B2B environment with exposure to revenue systems (CRM, CPQ, ERP).
• Working familiarity with a CPQ platform like Conga CPQ, and exposure to NetSuite or comparable ERP.
