Role & Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads (warm, cold, event-based, inbound).
  • Follow up on demo requests and set qualified appointments.
  • Manage outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and CRM tools.

Operations & Marketing Support:

  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and maintain sales/marketing performance tracking.
  • Conduct market and competitor research; provide insights to Sales & Marketing.
  • Assist with tradeshows, events, and cross-team collaboration.
