Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the College's institutional loan portfolio, including iLoan servicing, repayment, and collections.
- Develop collection strategies and account treatment plans based on borrower risk and repayment status.
- Analyze portfolio performance and implement early-intervention strategies to reduce delinquency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; 8+ years of progressive experience in loan servicing or collections.
- Minimum 3 years leading teams in a director-level capacity.
- Working knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting servicing and collections.
What We Offer:
- Salary range of $145,000 - $165,000 commensurate with experience.
