Accountabilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of APAC customers throughout the post-sale lifecycle
- Lead customer onboarding, including planning, data readiness, enablement, and go-live support
- Deliver live product trainings, workshops, and demos for both technical and non-technical users
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Analytics, or similar client-facing SaaS roles
- Strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities simultaneously
