What you'll own:
- Ticket lifecycle management powered by AI (Computer) for efficient resolution.
- Adoption and value delivery through onboarding plans and usage tracking.
- Relationship and commercial maintenance including renewal reviews.

- Technically oriented and AI-capable with account ownership skills.
- Excellent communication for customer calls and report writing.
- AI-native workflow embracing automation and leverage measurement.
Core competencies:
- Commercial awareness: ACV, utilization, expansion signals.
- Ambiguity tolerance: shaping new operating models.
- Experience across support and success motions.
Experience:
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles (support engineering, CSM, etc.).
- Hands-on with ticketing systems, CRM, workflow automation, or developer tools.
- Background in enterprise SaaS or high-volume support environments preferred.
