Claims Analyst (Remote)

We would love you to join us at Experian in helping us to shape the future of employer services for Human Resources compliance and outsourcing. We are looking for an Unemployment (UI) Claims Analyst to partner with our clients in managing the unemployment claims process and guide communication between the employer and the state agencies. You will report to the Claims Manager. As a Claims Analyst you will: Coordinate with clients to gather all relevant information necessary to respond to an unemployment claim; Prepare and submit a comprehensive response to the unemployment claim; Field, assess, and respond to requests for additional information from state agencies; Develop partnerships with client contacts; Analyze unfavorable determinations and advise clients; File appeals to determinations with state agencies to request hearings be scheduled.
