Key Responsibilities:
- Make primary A/R collections calls, contacting customers on past-due invoices and negotiating payment.
- Follow up on open balances and escalate disputed invoices as needed.
- Light scheduling calls and ad hoc outbound campaigns.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in high-volume outbound or call center role at an HVAC shop.
- Familiarity with HVAC terminology and comfort with collections conversations.
- Strong people skills and reliability in a remote setting.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber.
- Prior A/R or collections experience in trades.
- Experience with U.S. customers across multiple time zones.
