Role:
- Drive customer outcomes by connecting product usage to merchant goals and addressing adoption gaps.
- Own retention and expansion, using AI tools to prioritize, intervene, and capture revenue opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in customer success, account management, or sales, ideally with Shopify or eCommerce.
- Comfort with commercial conversations, data-driven prioritization, and AI tool adoption.
