Staff Outbound Product Manager - GTM

Role Overview:

• You will define and execute the outbound product strategy for Otto for Setup and Platform Home.
• You will partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive adoption and value realization.

What You Will Do:

• Develop positioning, messaging, and customer value narratives.
• Lead launch planning, sales enablement, and customer adoption programs.
• Create executive-level storytelling and measurement frameworks for business impact.

Success Measures:

• Growth in customer adoption and reduced time-to-value.
• Field readiness and customer satisfaction improvements.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in Product Marketing, Outbound PM, or related roles.
• Strong storytelling, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.
