Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all tribal activities for NamUs, including liaising with tribal leaders and attending tribal events.
  • Improve program use by reducing cultural barriers and providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in business administration, office management, communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience; tribal community or law enforcement experience highly desirable.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and time management skills.

Work Environment:

  • This is a remote position with occasional work hour variations to support multiple time zones.
  • Must be able to remain stationary 75% of time and operate office machinery, including computer.
  • Minimal travel may be possible, though not expected.
