Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue and funnel performance for inbound and outbound DTC funnels.
- Track and optimize key metrics such as speed to contact, conversion, and revenue per rep.
- Partner with Marketing and Product to improve member experience and key funnel KPIs.
What Success Looks Like in 90 Days:
- Stabilized daily operating rhythm, clear KPIs, and baseline dashboards.
- First coaching and QA framework in place, with early rep performance improvements.
- One AI or automation pilot launched that demonstrably improves speed or conversion.
You Bring:
- 3+ years leading inside sales or contact center teams, with direct revenue ownership.
- Hands-on systems experience: CRM, telephony/routing, dashboards, workforce planning.
- Practical experience deploying automation and AI in sales or contact center contexts.
