Key Responsibilities:

  • Own revenue and funnel performance for inbound and outbound DTC funnels.
  • Track and optimize key metrics such as speed to contact, conversion, and revenue per rep.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to improve member experience and key funnel KPIs.

  • Stabilized daily operating rhythm, clear KPIs, and baseline dashboards.
  • First coaching and QA framework in place, with early rep performance improvements.
  • One AI or automation pilot launched that demonstrably improves speed or conversion.

You Bring:

  • 3+ years leading inside sales or contact center teams, with direct revenue ownership.
  • Hands-on systems experience: CRM, telephony/routing, dashboards, workforce planning.
  • Practical experience deploying automation and AI in sales or contact center contexts.
