Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Discovery: Conduct high-impact, interactive client discovery sessions to uncover deep business pain points, strategic goals, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Functional Fit Qualification: Actively participate in the qualification process, analyzing prospect requirements to ensure our Adaptive ERP and complementary solutions fit their needs.
  • Deliver Outcome-Driven Presentations: Design, build, and deliver compelling software demonstrations and executive presentations focused on tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Five+ years within a sales environment selling ERP.
  • Pre-Sales experience in a customer-facing Solution Consultant or Sales Engineer role.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality management principles.
