Your Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with internal and external customers via email, phone, and other channels.

• Process data entry and order management tasks for orders and returns.

• 2+ years customer service experience and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to serve customers.
• Ability to analyze data, manage priorities, and work both independently and in a team.
