What You'll Do:
- Triage and resolve issues end-to-end, adhering to SLA targets.
- Investigate data mismatches, integration failures, and edge cases using logs and SQL.
- Implement safe fixes and escalate larger engineering work with clear context.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-4 years of technical support experience at B2B SaaS companies.
- Comfortable reading and debugging code in TypeScript/Node.js/.NET/Postgres.
- Strong working knowledge of REST APIs and production debugging with observability tools.
