What You'll Do:
- Own execution of worldwide readiness programs, translating strategy into operational plans.
- Manage readiness across key milestones including Train-the-Trainer Events and product launches.
- Support end-to-end TTT readiness including planning, coordination, and certification alignment.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, readiness, or related field.
- Experience managing global programs with complex stakeholders and deliverables.
- Strong program management skills with ability to manage complex timelines.
