- Deliver a transparent, human-centered candidate journey.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years full-cycle clinical recruiting experience sourcing licensed clinicians.
- 1+ years in a startup or fast-scaled environment.
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems, preferably Greenhouse and Gem.
