Manage the entire recruitment process. This includes sourcing globally across platforms like LinkedIn, YCombinator, Wellfound, etc. Screen candidates using a variety of methods (interviews, assessments, one-way video interviews). Lead candidates throughout the hiring process Offers and closing, together with hiring managers. Report on metrics to our Managers and Directors, using data to inform decisions and improvements. Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to refine your understanding of their needs.
