Accountabilities:
- Lead organization-wide operational planning and translate strategic priorities into scalable systems and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee operational performance across multiple functions including technology, finance, people operations, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership and the Board to drive growth, financial stewardship, risk management, and organizational change.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive role.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams within a mission-driven organization.
- Strong financial acumen and experience partnering with Finance leadership on budgeting and forecasting.
