- First point of contact for customers; own L1 ticket queue.
- Maintain CSAT above 95% and meet 24h resolution SLA.
Responsibilities:
- Support via email, phone, chat, and video calls.
- Escalate complex issues to L2 and document new problems.
Requirements:
- CS degree or equivalent; 2+ years Python, SQL, shell.
- REST APIs, GraphQL; weekend availability.
