Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable solutions for contact center platforms using Genesys Cloud and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement technology strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and performance feedback to junior team members.

Technical Expertise:

  • Advanced proficiency in Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, GCP, and AWS with knowledge of APIs and data management.
  • Experience with LLM/GenAI technologies and building custom integrations using various programming languages.
  • Functional knowledge of contact center reporting, WEM/WFM applications, and workflow troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Environment:
