Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all homeowner, buyer, trade, and division staffing activities.
- Resolve customer issues with appropriate team members and trade partners.
- Ensure timely response and completion of all service requests.
What You Have:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle stressful situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Your Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of related experience in residential customer service or home warranty.
- Experience in construction or homebuilding industry strongly preferred.
- High School/GED required; college degree preferred.
