Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all homeowner, buyer, trade, and division staffing activities.
  • Resolve customer issues with appropriate team members and trade partners.
  • Ensure timely response and completion of all service requests.

What You Have:

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Your Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of related experience in residential customer service or home warranty.
  • Experience in construction or homebuilding industry strongly preferred.
  • High School/GED required; college degree preferred.
