Director, Out of State Medicaid

Position Summary:

• The Director is a key leader within the Out-of-State Medicaid function, driving performance and operational execution.
• This role oversees Managers, Supervisors, and Revenue Specialists to ensure alignment with departmental strategy and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures processes and inventory are in place to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue expectations.
• Oversees performance management, workload distribution, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and delivers high-quality client outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred; High School Diploma required.
• 7-10 years of management or supervisory experience with a team size of 10+.
• 6+ years in healthcare, information technology, or managed care, preferably in Finance/Collections or Revenue Recovery.
