Key Responsibilities:

  • Support worksite employees with inquiries on timecards, paychecks, benefits, and HR via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSAs, HSAs, and commuter benefits.
  • Resolve paycheck, tax withholding, and tax document issues while maintaining product expertise.

Operational Focus:

  • Manage open cases in the CRM to ensure quick resolution and keep customers informed of status.
  • Work with urgency to provide accurate, friendly, and empathetic service for a white-glove experience.
  • Triage and escalate higher-level issues to Team Leads or subject matter experts as needed.

Performance and Culture:

  • Demonstrate competencies including being consultative, accountable, adaptable, solution-oriented, and curious.
