Responsibilities:

  • Own the design and execution of people programs from zero to one, focusing on continuous feedback, learning, and manager development.
  • Deeply understand and improve existing performance review processes, simplifying and strengthening them.
  • Assess organizational gaps and define clear priorities for scaling capabilities across all levels and functions.

Qualifications:

  • Possess at least 4 years of People Operations or HR experience with a track record of designing and running programs.
  • Demonstrate experience taking programs from conception to launch, with insights into successes and lessons learned.
  • Excel at cross-functional collaboration, building partnerships, and bringing stakeholders along in the process.
  • Show thoughtful execution by researching and building strong foundations before tactical steps, prioritizing team experience.
