This is an 18-month contract position to cover a maternity leave, focusing on managing EMEA-based Mid Market and enterprise customers.
You will be responsible for leading customers to their desired outcomes by understanding their business strategies and providing measurable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with customers to create and execute comprehensive engagement strategies, ensuring customer ROI and net MRR growth.
Act as the primary Wrike advocate, building strong relationships and addressing challenges related to work management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Product to build the Customer Success brand across the organization.

Qualifications and Impact:

Full fluency in English and German is required, along with 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or a customer-facing role.
You will leverage your project management and change management experience to drive customer success and evidence value over time.
The role demands a growth mindset, strong ownership skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving within a globally distributed team.
