About This Role:
- The HR Coordinator supports a fast-paced HR function covering recruiting, payroll, onboarding, L&D, and employee relations.
- This role focuses on supporting Logistics Teams and part-time Client Onsite Associates.
- You will be a key point of contact for a distributed, high-volume workforce.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the end-to-end screening and recruiting process for high-volume roles.
- Manage employee onboarding, time-tracking, payroll processing, and L&D initiatives.
- Serve as the HR liaison for Client Onsite Associates, handling questions and escalating issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-4+ years of HR, recruiting, or people operations experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional maturity and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
