Seasonal HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate remote seasonal onboarding and off-boarding efforts, partnering with the Recruiting & HR Team, Department Managers, and IT.
• Process new hire and termination activities, including communications over email and Slack, background checks, workflow updates, and HR systems updates.
• Conduct virtual I-9 inspections with each new seasonal hire over video during pre-onboarding.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience with HR.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system, HRIS, and the project management tool monday.com.
• Proficient with Google Drive (Google docs, sheets, and slides).
